    mentioned you edit in Final Cut Pro right? To my understand that doesn't
    export vids @ 60fps is that correct? I ask again cause i'm trying to find
    something that does and iMovie downs your shit to only 30fps. Thanks boss

  3. quick question bro...The pre workout drinks you take is there sugar in
    there?...I just can't have any sugar now and do not know what to take..Back
    in 2000 i was drinking ultimate orange for workouts..but now i am a
    diabetic so i am pretty much screwed lol...I also find people and GNC do
    not know shit about anything....thanks bro..

    meal better than eating 20g in 5 meals? Or is it the same?

    lateral portion of my heels because my knees tend to cave in.
